### **A. No Account Requirement & Payment Information**

We do not require you to create an account to use the app. You do need to upgrade to Pro membership in order to email and/or download design files without watermarks. 

### **B. Device Permissions and Hardware Access**

To deliver core app functionality, we may request permission to access certain hardware features on your device:

- **Camera/Photo gallery:** Used strictly if required by specific features (e.g., take a photo or upload photos to create a design).

## **3. Data Storage, Processing, and Third-Party Services**

- **No Data Selling:** We do not, and will never, sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
- **Data stays on device, no cloud storage:** We do not upload any data to any cloud servers, and all your data stays locally on device. Only you can share it via email or download to review the design. Privacy is our top priority since these photos are really precious and intimate for all your fellow families.

## **4. Your Rights and Data Deletion**

- **Deleting a design:** If you delete a design, you will lose all data related to that project, since we do not back up anywhere else.

## **5. Children's Privacy**

Our app is intended for a general audience. We do not collect, maintain, or request personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of majority in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take immediate steps to delete that data from our records.

## **6. Subscriptions & Payment Processing**

Yearbookly offers a one-time in-app purchase.

- **In-App Purchases:** Payments are processed securely by Apple via your Apple ID account. We do not store or collect your payment card details on our servers.
